Shipping policy

“Ready to Ship" pieces will be processed & shipped within 2 business days of placing your order and will be delivered to your doorstep via USPS or UPS.

"Made to Order" pieces take up to 2-3 weeks for me to create. This does not include shipping & processing time.

"Classes & Guides" once this information is shared, it cannot be undone and for that reason, I do not offer refunds on any of my educational materials.

"Custom" pieces take up to 4-6 weeks for me to create. This does not include shipping & processing time.

Each order will include full insurance (on me) based on the total amount of the products purchased. Shipping costs are not included in this total.

You will immediately receive an email with your tracking info once I print your shipping label. However, your tracking number takes about 24-48 hours to activate after actually shipping the package.

Please understand that once the order is shipped, it is officially out of my hands. I am to be held NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have a lost or stolen package, I recommend you contact your local Post Office to help further assist you.

I make everything by hand, pack every order myself, and sometimes I make mistakes. Choose from 4 varieties of classic styles Concho styles: Turquoise, Petal, Scalloped, and Rosette. There's a photo for reference that labels each style, so you can have. visual of the name paired with the design.

Some ring bands are half round and others are rope style - If your curious which style your preferred size has, please feel free to reach out via email or DM on Instagram. These bands are soldered on and cannot be changed. I did my best to make a variety of both styles in various sizes.

These are all I've got, so once they're gone, they're gone!

*Can be sized up 1/4 to 1/2 size larger.
