So excited you entrusted me to create a special piece for you!

HOW THIS WORKS: 

• First off, tell me about your idea!
• Be sure to let me know your timeline & budget as well.
• I can offer a FREE estimated quote before you commit to paying your deposit. Prices will vary from my previous pieces based on the current daily metal market.
• A $50 non-refundable payment is required upfront and will be subtracted from your final balance once the project is complete. I’ll create a custom listing on my website for you to pay this deposit. Once the deposit is paid, we can begin the process!

WHAT THIS PROCESS LOOKS LIKE: 

• First, I’ll have you scroll through my Instagram & website and take screenshots of other pieces to visually tell me what kinds of “design elements” you are thinking of incorporating into your custom piece. Then, over the next couple of weeks, I’ll send photos of stone options, followed up by sketches labeled “A, B, C” etc. so we can easily communicate which designs you’d like. When the final design is chosen, I’ll order any supplies needed and get to work!
• Customs can take up to 4-8 weeks (but often less), depending on the project. This time frame does not include shipping time.
• Communication works best for me via Instagram (especially for sending photos and videos quickly), but we can also use email if that works better for you. 

• CUSTOM REQUESTS: are at my discretion, and I only take on a limited number of these projects at a time.

• DEPOSIT: $50 non-refundable deposit is required up front. It will be subtracted from your final balance when your piece is complete. If for whatever reason, you decide not to follow through with your Custom, once this deposit is paid, it’s nonrefundable…no ifs, ands, or buts. I’ve already spent some time and energy communicating, researching, and working up designs and I respectfully need to be compensated for that.

• INSPIRATION: must come from pieces I've personally created. The best way to do this is to browse my Instagram and send me screenshots of pieces with elements you like.

• REPEATING DESIGNS: I WILL NOT copy someone else's designs, so do not ask! I WILL, however, repeat my own designs :) So if you're eyeing something that's currently sold out, I can recreate it for you.

• STONES: must come from my current stash or be sourced by me. On rare occasions, I will work with a stone you provide, but this is on a case-by-case basis.

• TURNAROUND TIME: 4-8 weeks from conversation to completion. Timing can be affected by whether I have to source supplies.

• QUOTES & COSTS:
  • Browse my "Archive/ Portfolio"collection to get an idea of my pricing.
  • Pricing can fluctuate due to the ever-changing metal market.
    
  • Let me know your budget and deadline so that I can do my best to give you an accurate quote and accommodate your wishes & wallet.

• REPAIRING OR TRANSFORMING YOUR GRANDMA'S HEIRLOOM JEWELRY - 
  • These projects are often delicate, and so before I commit to anything, I need to see the piece first. 
    
  • The best way to show it to me is by taking various videos & photos at different angles and sending them to me via Instagram or email. It helps to have a penny in the photo for size reference.
  • It's important to note any stamped "quality marks" like .925 or 14K. That'll help me determine what kind of metal we are working with.
  • After I see the piece, I can determine if I am able to repair it or make it into something completely new using elements from the original design.

• CUSTOMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.
